Outside food and beverages are not permitted at Wence's without prior approval. For pre-approved cakes or desserts, a service fee of $3.00 per slice applies to cakes, and $24.00 per dozen for cupcakes.

Tax and 20% Gratuity will be added to the room fee

Payment is due at the conclusion of the event and may be made by cash or credit card. Wence's does not provide separate checks for private events. A single check will be presented for the entire group, and up to three forms of payment may be used to settle the final bill.

The event host may bring up to three bottles of wine with prior approval. A corkage fee of $25 per 750 ml bottle will apply. For bottles larger than 750 ml, a corkage fee of $85 per bottle will apply. No more than three bottles are permitted.

The host pays for all alcoholic beverages for their guest.

The host is responsible for selecting the type and quantity of wine bottles to be served during the event. Wence's staff will distribute the preselected bottles to the tables for guests. Payment for these preselected wine bottles is the responsibility of the host.

The host provides a customized list of specific alcoholic beverages, including wines, cocktails, and beers, they wish to cover. At the conclusion of the event, the host will be billed for each beverage ordered by guests from this list.

The host provides their guest with "drink tickets." Wence's staff will request drink tickets from the guest per ordered beverage. The event host is billed at the end of the event per alcoholic beverage ordered by their guest.

Outside decorations are welcome, provided they comply with local health and safety regulations and receive prior approval from management. Decorations may not be taped, tacked, or nailed to any surfaces. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in additional charges. Wence's reserves the right to terminate the event if decoration rules are not followed.

Guests may arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled event time to decorate and prepare the reserved space.

Wence's asks that you submit your preferred table arrangements as early as possible. If you choose to arrange seating on the day of the event, a designated guest must arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts to finalize the layout with our staff. If no specific layout is provided, we will arrange tables based on the size of your party

Weekly specials including happy hour, early bird, and dollar oysters are not available for private events.

Wence's, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property sustained by guests or event hosts before, during, or after the event. The event host agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wence's against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their event, including those caused by guests or outside vendors.
