PAYMENT
Payment is due at the conclusion of the event and may be made by cash or credit card. A single check will be presented for all private events. Up to three forms of payment may be used to settle the final balance. Separate checks are not available.
DEPOSIT (NON REFUNDABLE)
To reserve your event, Wence's requires a non-refundable deposit. This amount will be applied as a credit toward your final bill on the day of the event. In the case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

CORKAGE
Corkage is limited to a maximum of three (3) 750ml bottles per event.

OPEN BAR
The host is responsible for all alcoholic beverages consumed by their guests.
WINE & BEER ONLY
The host is responsible for all beer and wine consumed by their guests.
PRE-PURCHASED WINE BOTTLES FROM WENCE'S
The host is responsible for selecting the type and quantity of wine bottles to be served during the event. Wence's staff will distribute the preselected bottles to guests. All preselected wine bottles will be billed to the host.
CUSTOM COCKTAILS, WINE & BEER
The host provides a customized list of specific alcoholic beverages, including wines, cocktails, and beers, that they wish to cover. The host will be billed for all beverages ordered by guests from this list at the conclusion of the event.

ARRANGEMENTS/DECOR
PERSONAL DECOR
Outside decorations are welcome, provided they comply with local health and safety regulations. All décor must be pre-approved. No items may be affixed to walls, furniture, or fixtures using tape, nails, or adhesives. Any damage caused will be charged to the host.
EARLY ARRIVAL FOR DECOR
The host or a designated prep person may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event time to decorate and prepare the reserved space.
TABLE LAYOUTS
Wence's requests that preferred table arrangements be submitted in advance. If seating arrangements will be finalized on the day of the event, the host or a designated prep person must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time to coordinate with our staff. If no layout is provided, tables will be arranged at Wence's discretion based on the size of the party.
PROJECTOR/ DISPLAYS
Projector rental is available for an additional fee of and must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the event. Guests may also bring their own projector and set it up on the day of the event at no additional charge.

Weekly specials, including happy hour, early bird, and dollar oysters, are not available during private events.
OTHER REGULATIONS
Wence's Restaurant shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft occurring before, during, or after the event. The host assumes full responsibility for their guests and any third-party vendors and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wence's from any claims arising from the event.
